Design a Pizza Box – with Absolut Mix

We’ve kissed goodbye to Kanye and his googly eyes (sob!), Harrison Edwards’ NSFW box is safely tucked away in a bigger box and on its way to NYC for Scott Wiener to add to his record breaking collection and has taken with it, its safer for work friends.

Now it’s time for round 2!

This time, we’ve partnered up with Absolut – our official arts partner – and the design brief is set around the new, limited edition Absolut Mix bottle.

Inspired by the six colour rainbow of the LGBT Pride flag, the design’s semi-transparent triangles allow the bottle’s colours to overlap in distinct ways when viewed from different angles. This intersecting effect symbolises the connection that is created when various unique individuals mix together.

So here’s the pizza box brief:

Consider colourfulness, collaboration and creativity without labels.

To enter, just pick up a blank pizza box from PLY any time from Wednesday 22^nd June, take it away and make your mark on it, however you choose. All pizza boxes need to be returned to us by Friday 8^th July, please complete the slip with your name and contact details and pop it in your box so that we can get in touch!

All submissions will be displayed in the bar throughout the summer and then will be auctioned off to raise money for Stonewall, Absolut Mix’s charity partner.

The creator of the best design – as judged by Absolut UK – will be treated to a pizza party for up to 20 people with the pizzas provided by us, drinks supplied by Absolut* and of course, their own limited edition bottle of Absolut.

* Pizza party includes 1 pizza per person and 3 Absolut cocktails per person. The cocktail will be designed especially for the event by our star bartenders! The party can be booked in any day/night, Sunday – Wednesday. The winner will just need to email to confirm their booking at least one week ahead of the event.
