Creative Competition

PLY would like to invite you to take part in a creative competition to win a pizza party for you and up to 20 people*. Your work will also be exhibited alongside the biggest and most rare pizza box collection in the world.

Later this year, New York City based pizza box collector Scott Wiener will bring his Guinness World Record breaking pizza box collection to PLY. Scott is the owner and tour guide at Scott’s Pizza Tours in New York, which has so far taken over 33,000 people on pizza tours of New York City, he is also an award winning columnist, TV personality and author.

We’re inviting designers, illustrators, photographers, paper cutters, printers and just all round creative people to design a pizza box that will sit alongside Scott’s collection here at PLY, all submissions will feature as part of the exhibition but Scott will select one winning design and we’ll throw a party for its creator*.

We have a pile of blank pizza boxes ready to distribute to those who would like to take part. The brief is simply ‘PLY’.

All entries must be returned to the above address by Friday 12th June.

Scott will judge the entries and will select the winner of the party*. All boxes submitted will feature as part of Scott’s month long exhibition at PLY and will, collectively, form the design of PLY’s signature takeout pizza box.

*Prize includes drinks and pizza for up to 20 people, this can be your company, department or a group of friends. This can take place any day or evening Sunday – Thursday, PLY will book this in with the winner ahead of the event.
